"The last lecture"

Another great book that one should read..

"If i were a painter, I would have painted for them. If i were musician, I would have composed music. But I am a lecturer. So I lectured."

The Last Lecture is about Randy Pausch, a professor at Carnegie Mellon, delivering his last lecture as his pancreatic cancer was about to take his life..
He described about everything he wanted his kids to know, about him, about his legacy, after his pancreatic cancer had taken his life.
Many important lessons he wants his kids to learn, and anything and everything he wants his kids to know about him. He emphasized that you need to have fun in everything you do, you need to live life to its fullest because you never know when it will be taken from you.

The last lecture he gave, wasn't about dying. It was about the importance of overcoming obstacles, of enabling the dreams of others, of seizing every moment(because "time is all you have..and you may find one day you have less than you think")

"We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand" - Randy Pausch
